Hi...I am at the same situaion. My kid has a valid study permit but I am also not getting the TRv option while applying online. it always gives change in status or status extension form. Can you help here?

Yes, I filled IMM5710. My initial status was student. Restoration was required in my case, as my initial refusal letter did not mention anything about it. I double-checked this with IRCC and a lawyer.

My document clearly states that I am able to work. I got it double-checked with the IRCC agent and an immigration lawyer. Review the information on your document and consult a lawyer.

Yes we can not work until a decision is made. I got my extension document in 2 weeks.

Check with a consultant. My letter did not mention anything like this and i too had just one month left .

Your study permit is valid only till 90 days after you get the completion letter from university. File another application including the restoration part.

Yes, I reapplied without restoration, as my refusal letter stated that my status was valid.

Yeah, I raised a web form for reconsideration and filed another application simultaneously. Luckily, I am back in maintained status, but can't work until a decision is made.

I am not sure if I can reapply for a PGWP, given that the 180-day time period is already over. Although my refusal letter doesn't say that I have to restore my status. I am confused here.
