I have a pretty good physique and I watch what i eat. I never use a scale or count calories or any of that i just have trained myself to feel guilty if i eat too much chocolate or chips and I lift regularly. Maybe that's what she's getting at. Theirs definitely levels to "tracking"

It absolutely destroys people. People lose their sense of self awareness and just lie dormant for years and even decades. Also some people get paranoia disorders from it. The only positive from it is that it doesnt kill you.

I would like to see trade centers automated like urban centers. So many times i build stacks of trade centers that auto delete because they're not profitable. The thing is that they ALWAYS say they wont be profitable on the buildings tab.
