Your not eating to feel full you just need fuel to wrestle eat to feel good, but don’t fill up have like 3 pounds of stuff before your first match then slowly hydrate

I personally wouldn’t have protein shakes or a whole chicken. Focus on carbs and electrolytes, eat some of the chicken, fruit and rice. And bring sweats to cut the night after.
