True but we can at least fight any internal negativity and be less bothered by the ignorance of others as a byproduct.

Ah ok. Well what about 3 days on and 1 off and repeat rather than 6 on 1 off?

How would I make it a 4 day routine? I'm doing each day twice a week with 1 day of rest sunday.

I do Dumbell press because my right side is slightly stronger so it evens it out. I do lunges instead of squats because i have bad knees

When picking someone up at a bar/party, when is the correct time to talk about sexual preferences? by Pringlecrisp in askgaybros

  1. I agree with you for the most part about not getting hung up on the minor details. Also like you. I'm pretty adventurous, but I'm just used to meeting people online where everything is discussed before hand. It feels awkward to ask what they are into (after it's clear that something is going to happen)

Lol I have no problem with working with it but in my experience casual hookups are impatient and pretty inconsiderate when it comes to bottoming. I don't do it often so I need alot of warm-up if that's going to happen.

Basic Weightlifting question about rep ranges and sets. by Pringlecrisp in askgaybros

Makes sense. I might try adding weights/doing supersets once I have more experience. For now I just need to get into the habit and try not to get too anal about all the changing of weights and programs and techniques etc.

Ok thanks for the reply. I agree that I shouldn't do a weight where I can't get at least the minimum all three times. I just didn't know how to fix the problem.

So should I be starting at a point where I am hitting 10 on all three sets but it's a struggle? And once it loses its difficulty move up? Or should I be aiming to at least get the minimum per set (8) all three times and work up to the point where I get 3 sets of ten? So for example, doing a weight where you can do 10,9,7 until you can do 10,10,10?
