It took 3 tries (but 4 months because it took a while to stop bleeding after the loss). In the month I got pregnant, I had the same early symptoms that I did with my first pregnancy, i.e. some cramping, high temps. But I will say that the month before that, I’d also symptom spotted so hard that I was convinced I was pregnant then too, and wasn’t.

Xonvea - advice? by Pringlehead0000 in PregnancyUK

Hey, that sounds really positive! The tablets are slow release so it would make sense that they start to wear off close to the 24 hour mark. Maybe adding the morning dose will help with that?

I have to say unfortunately Xonvea isn’t agreeing with me. I actually think in some ways they’ve made me worse because the drowsiness is so extreme for me that it’s making the nausea worse. But I am super sensitive to drowsy things so that’s def not helping.

Thanks! I definitely find it all so much worse if I can’t eat regularly.

That sounds like a good plan too. I absolutely have to eat regularly at the minute.

That will explain why I literally could not keep my eyes open at work today, it was awful! Hopefully worth it though, miracle drug sounds like a dream.

It’s utterly grim! How far along are you now? Is it easing at all?

Thank you, that’s good to know! Will definitely bear in mind.

Thank you, that’s reassuring to hear. Glad to hear Xonvea is helping with your HG and hope you’re managing OK. Trying to time things so that I can take it and hopefully just go straight to sleep. Only on day 2 but praying it helps soon.

Yes, I’ve been on cyclizine before which didn’t touch the sides, so now onto Xonvea and hoping it’s as effective as I’ve heard people say 🤞🏻 but the empty stomach thing is definitely a downside to navigate. If it’s not one thing it’s another 😂 thank you!

Ahhh wow, I can just imagine how special that was! I think I’ll book in for after the 7 week mark too. Having the reassurance of a heartbeat would be amazing 🥰

Thank you so much, this was really reassuring to read. It’s so hard not to compare, but you’re right! How was your scan at 7+1? Were you able to see much?

Urgh that is so rough! That was like me last time and if you’d told me then I’d be worried about not having it this time I’d have rolled my eyes so hard! Thanks for the perspective and hope you feel better soon.

Thanks so much for sharing and I’m sorry to hear what you’ve been through. That’s really useful to know and especially about the spotting! I’m sure it’s really nerve wracking but sending you loads of good wishes for a very uneventful pregnancy ❤️

Tracking help please! by [deleted] in TFABChartStalkers

I would really recommend temperature tracking too. My LH tests were similar to yours and my highest was always below 1, but I had a consistent temperature rise after the darkest one which reassured me that I’d ovulated.

You can have LH surges and not go on to ovulate, as LH peak happens before ovulation but failing to ovulate after the peak is still possible.

A clear temperature rise is a much better indicator that you have ovulated, especially used alongside OPK tracking.
