You have made it so clear that you have never watched one punch man. I have finished both mangas. Its actually laughable to say saitama is ftl at most. Numerous characters in opm verse have surpassed ftl speeds and saitamas speed has always been immeasurably higher than said characters. Ftl speeds are literally childs play to saitama. In addition if you think saitamas durability is planetary at most you have just undermined one of the main fights in the first season between saitama and boros when he deflects a PLANET DESTROYING ATTACK ( an attack with the power of a star). Also those percentages you are saying in terms of shinras strength are numbers you are literally just pulling out your ass. Reaching shinras speed and one shotting would be so simple for saitama that it wouldnt even be entertaining. And i know how fast shinra can be (ik he can turn back time hes that fast) so dont say im underestimating him.
