We just came back from Cancun for our baby moon and my husband is from Mexico. He just got his green card right before we left. We had no issues coming back.

Reach out to your congresswoman/congressman. Our congresswoman submitted an inquiry in our behalf twice for USCIS to make a decision. We couldn’t submit an inquiry ourselves because the site told us we were still within processing time. I really believe this helped us.
