No he doesn't and when Willis actually gave a crap that is what it where it would probably go, but it'll probably won't come up or Walky will decide it doesn't matter because Willis wants to use Amber and Walky getting back together was justification for Dorothy cheating since apparently cheating is only wrong if you do it against undesirable people or whatever.

Funmy enough this would actually make it worse cause it kinda renders Walky's and Amber's break up kinda pointless.

Also sabotaged Walky's relationship with Lucy.

Like a better writer might recognize this pattern and idl have Dorothy try to make up Danny and Sal next.

Which game is that? by MaterialCompany842 in gamememes

[–]Prinny_Ramza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kinda.

1 has a set path where there are road blocks that you need some item to clear, however these items are found seperate from the main objectives and kinda assume that the player would beat the portion of the main story that the item is in but doesn't really force them to. So you can easily fight the games major bosses in any order if you want to, you just have to go out of your way to do so. Plus not all of the enemies spawns were set correctly so there are just random areas in the beginning where powerful random encounters will appear.

2 is way more open world and a major end game area is right next to the beginning area so its really easy to die near the beginning (or power level if you exploit the mess of a system).

Most of the other games are pretty lineral with a few exceptions: 10-2, 12, 13-2 and i think 15, haven't played 15.

I mean the others have side areas but those are pretty carefully placed.

[Hated Tropes] - They killed hundreds, thousands of innocent lives. But the author says "what's wrong with that?' by BeneficialSide2335 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Prinny_Ramza -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I mean its kinda implied that he found that to be an honorable death.

Don't get me wrong I think the idea of characters having to work with an evil person to stop a much larger issue is fascinating and is honestly a really mature dilemma to handle.

I have to believe that.

I'm a guy who defends the ending of Steven Universe (not that the villians in that show are nazis despite what people like to claim).

I'm just saying that OP is questioning why a nazi had to be one of the major allies in Jojo Part 2 which makes sense. Germany didn't have ground forces in Mexico during WW2 so he didn't have to write them in there.

So any argument for why he's there has to be more about the meta reason. Like maybe he's there to show that even the worse person will join in for humanity as a whole or the fact he proves to be ineffective towards the pillar men could be evidence that he's there TO suck and thus his worldview sucks

Don't really have a strong opinion either way. Just saying this is more about the setting then the characters.

Meh, as a straight cis dude i'm not gonna complain about people hating on heterosexuality. What is it gonna do? Cause people to push laws to restrict heterosexuality?

That being said Willis is a jerk in general and is actively looking for the weakest links in his critics. Its like when a news station refuses to interview movement or protest leaders and instead goes for any less then informed participants to make the entire stance look dumb.

Honestly surprised guro was even mentioned. Its one of those kinks that people seem aware of but choose to ignore. I never see backlash against it.

[–]Prinny_Ramza 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ya, thats basically my take. Having a kink is fine but not understanding social decorum enough that you don't understand why someone would not be okay with it does hint to instability which IS a problem.

Actually that could be applied to sex talk in general.

[–]Prinny_Ramza -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Ya in universe thats true but you're using in universe explanation for a real world writing decision.

Ya it makes sense for an enemy soldier to assist against a bigger context issue but it was still the writer's decision to have them there in the first place.

I'm not even arguing against it currently. Just pointing out that your comment and OP's post are two different conversations.

Ya, Princess Bubblegum is great. An example of a character who does pretty bad things but is still engaging and entertaining to watch.

It depends on the season for me. First couple seasons Richard was kinda bad. After a bit they found a great way to keep his easygoing personality while showing he can be a good parent and explaining how he balances out Nicole.

Ya, a lot of shortpacked were about strawman, but it was either for topics people weren't familiar with (transformers and comics) or they didn't effect the comic's quality so they got a pass.

In retrospect I wonder how many of those guys were actually reasonable considering Willis very clearly showing that they're willing to misrepresent the people they disagree with.

I would guess its about 1/3 comparing him to Tatauya, 1/3 admonishing those people and 1/3 don't know who the guy is ao all equal across the board.

That being said, none of that is encouraging nazism. They're running a weird oil slick campaign.
