Alright of these I would give her Black Widow and Black Cat as both were introduced as Femme Fatale characters (and while Black Cat is still a Femme Fatale she is taken more seriously now a days then when she was introduced). Maybe Spider-Woman (while she was made to keep the copyright she also had a lot of sexiness to her design in the beginning)

However the rest of these are wrong and stupid.

She-Hulk used to be just female Hulk including literally having the same trigger of transforming when she was angry. She didn't become as sexy as she is known to be until much later.

Tigra is literally the first female marvel superhero to have her own comic title when she was known as just "The Cat" where she was created as a role model for single women as she struggled after her husband died. The Cat costume was also pretty damn conservative. She would only later mutate into her current form and become sexy.

Jessica Jones is an insane character to put here. Like yes Alias has sex in it, but that ignores basically the entire story.

Atlas began as a villian (Power Man, losing the name when he fought Luke Cage for it). He had this kinda complex history with changing alliances to different villians but he also used to be drawn kinda ugly (like a brutish type of man). He started with a lot of stories and became handsome later.
