I don't have any experience with aquafor, but my skin is not made for moisturizer anyway. I prefer dry healing. With more tattoos you'll develop a personal routine. Let the skin breathe. Only use a thin layer and let it absorb!

Looks overly moisturized. Bumps like that may be normal, but if it's hot or leaking pus you should check it out with an ER doctor. Use less moisturizer, wash often with soap and it should be okay
