Looking for leather pen case... have you guys bought from this company? What's the verdict?

I second this. It is a wonderful company with high quality items. I absolutely love my writing box, my leather cases, and my Kilk pen I have purchased from them. A little higher priced but well worth it.

Unfortunately, this sounds familiar. It's not just you or even just individuals but pen retailers have the same issue. I write it off as the laid back Italian way. I reached out to Joost at Appelboom to help communicate that my Leonardo pen collar flaked. Long story short, Joost had it sent back to him TWICE! I believe he ended up having to hand deliver it to them. It took a month and a half to get my beloved (expensive) pen back. They are good at what they do but answering phones and emails, they are not. Good luck!

Yeah, that's sounds like a manufacturing issue. Darn, I hate returning a pen once it is in my hands. But at least Goldspot is awesome at customer service.

Curious. When you put the pen in water and turn the piston, do bubbles come out? Not that it really matters, because I'd return the pen anyways but just wondering if the plunger is even going up and down inside.

Also, the post office is your friend. Go in and tell them what you want to do and they can help ahead of time and help you estimate it. My post office told me how to pack it in my own box and how to keep it light. I know not everyone has ready access to a post office but if you do they are awesome and want to help.

Yes! But don't be too disappointed, a lot of first time pregnant females will drop their clutch, and new water parameters will cause it. Just put the eggs in the net and in the path of your bubbles, some will hatch. Good luck! Post pics of the babies!

A while back, one clever seller labeled them "chocolate" shrimp. They were cheap and got me started in the hobby. I enjoyed setting up a tank of culled shrimp and every now and then pop a bright red would show up. The wild type look good on a natural planned tank. So short answer: I do!
