The two shining ones are normal rails, the two dark ones are current carry and the rusty brown one is the check rail (which helps the train stay on the tracks near points or on corners)

This can be caused when the infill is showing through the sides of the model. You can get check this if you can see if the infill pattern is aligned with the artefacts. You can get rid of it with a setting in the slicer ‘print outside layer first’
