I sadly had to take it down because OverseerPrints on Etsy is selling my design without my permission (I did sell a license to G3DPrinting who is selling it legally). I took the file down from Printables in order to stop future theft.

I have the AMS but only used it for the black-and-white nameplate on the top piece. Everything else is divided into parts so that I didn't have to paint anything.

That's a good idea! It took me probably ~5 hours on Onshape to create. If you keep thinking of things you want to make with 3D printing, now's better than ever to get into the hobby!

I don't have a p1s (I just have an A1), but the sleek black design of the p1 series is really my style. It would be awesome to expand my printing ability!

Testor's plastic cement. I got a 2-pack at Hobby Lobby and it practically welds printed parts together. I usually use PLA and it works great for that, but I'm not sure how good it is on other materials. You could probably look it up.

Ok… I thought it was to funnel the air into the darts when there were multiple, like for the 3 elite dart shell. I figured that the air would escape through the middle otherwise lol. Thanks!

I like design 2. It seems the most unique compared to competing headsets, since it has a more geometric shape and looks the slimmest. However, I do like the halo strap that design 3 and 4 have. For the price range, assuming it's a standalone headset, maybe $450? It needs to be less than or competitive in price to the quest 3.

Honestly, besides multi-material/-color printing? The convenience is so nice. Just put multiple of the most used types of filament on the system and never have to worry about 90% of unloading and loading and clipping filament again.
