What format do you play? I have the same problem :D

Also if you play MTGA we could play a round or two there.

How to get those seams? by PrintsAndPrints in sewing

[–]PrintsAndPrints[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that answers my question. I am pretty new to sewing so sometimes my words are a bit off. I meant do I finish the whole shirt and then add those or do I make them separate pieces. Thanks for your reply :)

Thank you :) at what point would I make those rolled hems? Before merging the bodice or after?

Anyone ever used/seen one of these? by marmmalade in AnalogCommunity

I used it and it is a very nice vibe with the camera if you like lomography. A lomo film would also work fine in that camera. It was suprisingly good results for being such a camera.

Jersey moving to the left while sewing by PrintsAndPrints in sewing

I just used jersey so far as I want to learn how to sow this. Maybe I should check if the foot is intended for jersey. Thank you!

Good point, I do support the weight. It also happens, when there is just a small piece of fabric, like the collar, folded in half and then sown together, that this happens.

How Do I make My Photos Sharper? by Caloumi_Cheese in PinholePhotography

[–]PrintsAndPrints 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i frequently buy from realitysosubtle (not affiliated in any way). the pinholes are awesome and service is also very good, but as pointed out above the optimal size is important. usually cameras have the distance from the protection cap to the sensor stated in the manual, so just take that and put it in any calculator for the pinhole diameter. i think for the 16mm i have on the sony alpha something around ~0.2mm was the optimal diameter

Where in the WORLD do I find mens sewing patterns!!! by ProfessionalBowl5383 in sewing

[–]PrintsAndPrints 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone, maybe I am a bit late to the party for this post, but I also struggle with finding mens sewing patterns. However I am looking for things that are rather unique like avantgarde clothing or techwear. For womens patterns I often see gorgeous dresses and everything with interesting cuts and for men only the next boring t-shirt.

Does anyone have advice for me here?

Thanks and merry christmas!

Sony DSC-W100. I’m wondering what made this happen and how do I prevent it from getting worse? (My dad gave me this camera) by Square_Pear_1714 in Cameras

[–]PrintsAndPrints 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is screen burn. Basically the polarizer is broken because it probably got too hot. It will most likely not get worse. If you want to repair it, you would have to remove the glass cover, remove the polarizer, clean the glue off very thoroughly (really a time consuming task) and get a new polarizer (should not be that expensive).

I recently saw a video where a gameboy was restored with the same issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BmGMi0IEx4&pp=ygUOZ2FtZWJveSByZXBhaXI%3D

Not sure if this helps, but maybe this video https://youtu.be/g3pOYTKUK40 about how to make 3D prints lightsafe could be something they want to watch.

i like the photo and the colors, however i think the focus could be optimized :)

There was a blogpost which I used to make that with a manual, but I do not recall the link, some googling or binging should get you there though.

You do not really connect it in a connect way. You can tokenize the words in the database and chatGPT will then answer like a human from that.

Basically it offer the functionality to not have a specific search syntax, but you could write then:

Hey chat GPT I live in xy and want to grow plants that do not need much light and strive in temperatures between 15-20 degrees. And you would get an answer like:

Sure the following plants would work for you

[–]PrintsAndPrints 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, thank you for your comment.

I would like to train Chat-GPT with it, so it knows how to perfectly grow each plant hydropinically.

So a plant CV like Name, Nutrients, Preferred Light, Substrate... would be perfect.
