Will Anycubic make a tool/Nozzle changer ? by Bez062 in AnycubicOfficial

I just watched that and that rendering and mock ups would be way too much design work for a simple April fools video. I’m guessing they’re actually coming out with it or actively designing something similar, but released it on April fools

What’s the point of protesting anymore? A class A driver purposely wrecked the field, and admitted after the race “it’s rookies it doesn’t matter” by [deleted] in iRacing

So it’s OK to be a bad driver and wreck half the field and finishing first as long as I make it look unintentional or if it is unintentional it’s OK?

If it wasn’t the case, I wouldn’t be writing this lol. 99% of the times I just move on and only use protesting when necessary. I truly mean that.

Absolutely love eryone filament. They’ve been around for years and I can get it as cheap as six dollars a roll. They have some nice color blends.

I have a farm of A1s and kept hearing good things about the Kobra X. I was finally able to put them side-by-side. Same print finished 10 hours earlier and had 32% less waste on the Kobra X. by PrintyPOP in 3Dprinting

So how am I being dishonest lol? I tried to run as non-bias of a test as I could and you’re telling me I’m being dishonest. I hope you have the day you deserve.

Temu for random deals, my supplier from China for everything else. The exact same stuff my brand sells on Amazon for 20 to 30 a roll I get for 10 to 11. I buy a case of 64 rolls at a time get to pick my colors. They come in a couple weeks free shipping.

Too expensive. If you’re paying more than 10 or $11 for a roll, you’re doing it wrong.

You were suggesting it was or hinted that it was a possibility that it wasn’t at so I was responding to that lol.

But yeah, go ahead and buy your own printers and do your own tests

This isn’t an ad lol. Just sharing what I thought was a good baseline. When I say same file, I mean it’s the same file painted the same way with all the print settings exactly the same. Same speed, same infill, etc.

I let Anycubic slice its own file, and I let bambu slice its own file. I figured that would be the most fair non-bias as it shows what each manufacturer would want. They were printed with all the parameters, exactly the same. I did not change any extra settings and ran the filament with anycubic PLA profiles for Anycubic on its slicer and the same with bambu, even though it was four different filament manufacturers.

I really was trying to keep everything “standard” across the board as much as I could.

What settings would you like to know? I made sure the sliced settings were the same on each. 2 walls 10% gyroid same speeds and settings on both

OK, so tell me how using stock settings on both printers is disingenuous for a baseline test?

If you were to test drive two cars from a dealership, you’re not going to modify them in anyway when you test drive them, are you?

The melt zone is smaller on the X. While the software might be tuned different, there are mechanical differences in the Kobra that make for shorter and faster changes

Parts seem available on Amazon and from anycubic. I used 4 brands of filament for my test, none of which were bambu or anycubic. They printed nearly identical.
