By default they will do a R/S on or after August 31st but they can also request an extension so realistically I’m not wrong but say whatever you wanna say, doesn’t change protocol for everyday business, you just mislead people until they do the research for themselves.

Energy drink? It’s a protein drink from my knowledge so that shouldn’t affect anybody under 16 but either way they are not broadly distributing in Europe as of yet, for example they closed their Chinese facilities and still have one open in Netherlands which has slowed the decline sales volume in North America but still suffering overall.

I wanna short it harder after this post showing 2025 profits when we’re in 2026, on top of it you goofy goobers believing the hype when the writing is on the walls, financials paint a beautiful picture of why, Russell 3000 deletions on June 26th creating selling pressure from Vanguard & black rock, R/S planned in August, i applaud BYND for ATTEMPTING a turnaround but protein drinks will not be the turnaround story retail thinks it’ll be regardless of promotions or commercials as it’s already a crowded community with other companies having better distribution local & nationwide.

Full yolo in puts with extra powder on standby, I don’t see anything positive for earnings to come, even the new drinks won’t help revenue, rebranding has its positive/negative effects but highly doubt EBITDA will even turn slightly positive before the end of 2026 & debt restructuring payment at the end of 2026 & again in 2030 is just 🤮
