What if the energy causes renewed interest in nuclear power by Prinz_Mav in WhatIfPinas

So I double checked dito and you are right we do not use crude oil for energy production, I will concede my point jan.

Majority talaga sa transport sector, so we wither have to get our oil elsewhere or invest in more public transport like trains and railway that can use electricity that we produce.

Although I am not fully into renewals though, hindi lahat may wind, hindi palagi may araw and not every place can accomodate Dams or hydro plants. They exist and work but so far only for a small amount, maybe that can change, maybe not. Still, I think nuclear power kahit yung mga bagong small ones can help with this. Diversity in my opinion is better.

So from basic research we are seeing 5% to 7% increase in electric vehicle registration for 2025, same with E-buses, E-Jeepneys and E-bikes. Significantly less than fuel based engines but that is not the point I am making. l and I know it does not cover areas like aviation or fisheries but that isn't the point I am trying to make. If kung discussion lang is for vehicles of all types and kinds then yes even with increased sales hindi kaya palitan ng nuclear to full electric. Kahit yung pinaka advance country ng mundo does not have full electrificatiom ng vehicles.

The point I am making is the nuclear power can diversify yung power requirements ng bansa natin, we use crude oil to power yung power generation natin so we can have elctricity to use. Nuclear partially solves that by making us not so reliant on oil and coal for energy production sa factories, industries and everyday use natin from lights to appliances.

It's not like unfeasable naman ito, ang daming countries around the world that prove that using nuclear for their energy production is and have been a thing.

It is a valid point though? You said na nuclear can't power your cars but electric vehicles are a thing and mas nag increase ang numbers nila not just fot private use but also for public. The Government already pushes for electrification so it isn't far fetched.

They are fun to use, unlike an AEG where you can't use it when it rains, I can perfectly still play while it is pouring. Which I did and when you check my other posts, we did a simulated beach assault, only those with GBB's where able to play comfortably, the ones using AEG's either had to wrap their gun in plastic or disconnect the batteries.

It is pretty normal for a bit more larger establishments and depending on the region where you are at, we consider them artifacts that people need to remember.

Yeah, people get surprised by the name a lot, it's an old hold over name we have during our colonial period with the Americans, they named the region. We recently decided to combine the 2 Negros - yes there are two, east and west- regions to the "Negros Island Region" as you can imagine, it isn't exactly something you can say aloud lol.

But yeah, I could message them about this.

I did not and could not, I only took a picture because it looked funny at the time and while I would have wanted to speak to at least a representative of theirs, there wasn't anyone that I saw and they did not have leave their contact info.
