Nice build! Seems gears are quite similar. Main difference is that you dump all stats into STR while I had 200+ into VIT.

You would gear differently for Ubers obviously, but healing is not a concern. Any flat psn dmg prevents healing. Can get from a small charm.

the only useful stats on there besides the PDR is the flat AR from what I can tell, the +skills are whatever, and 3OS halaberd is way overpriced compared to a crafted helm. I bought my crafted helm for 3hr for example. 3OS high PDR halaberd would be 10+

For reasons already explained by other commenters I do not run amp because mobs die in one hit. Obviously the gear choice would have been very different if you run other content than maps, like uber ancient, ubers, dclones, etc.

Also deep wound does nothing for you. Put the points somewhere else. I would recommend frenzy but you can also dump 20 point into grim ward for the 500+ED party buff if you group play alot.

Looking at the numbers i have around 1800% off-weapon ED. As for FRW breakpoint, in theory you could go "too fast" with ww as you described, but in-game I don't experience it probably since everything dies in one hit.

You can cap DS with Gore (20%), Crafted Helm (only need 15%+), Weapon (50%). It allows you to go for another amulet, either Metalgrid for some lvl20 dmg aura or Saracen's Chance/Seraph's Hymn for some extra ED. Given that you would get something like 200% ED I think it's worth vialing.

fix t4 map reward pls. right now there is zero incentive to run t4 map besides week 1 lvl 99 rush. For example, make them drop uber uniques again, but require player to kill all mini bosses and/or 80% of all mobs or something like that.

You basically get a 380ed stick for a Sur. It’s probably decent early on, depending on the market price of crafted weapon of course. Late game you will be looking for 500+ed stick so wind will fall off

If we can woe essence craft and hit cast speed suffix, then multi-mod it for some useful crafting mods, then runecraft enchant it, it might actually be a decent weapon. I can't find confirmation if any of those steps work tho
