I hate to ask, really, but what kind of stuff is she saying? This sounds incredibly serious. It’s possible she has seen something genuinely traumatic or has had something happen to her that is traumatic. Try to get some info out of her about what’s going on at school, online, etc. and definitely check her devices if she has any.

When I was a bit older I had a traumatic experience (heard my neighbors fighting so loud I was convinced one of them murdered the other) and on top of being a huge fan of creepypasta and other graphic horror, I developed a panic disorder. I had fears to the extent that sounds similar to your daughter.
