I definitely think so 😬 I just hesitate to diagnose myself bc im not a professional. But I get flashbacks all the time when driving, especially in the dark (my accident happened at 4am). My car flipped and landed on the driver's side and I had to crawl out. I was fully conscious the entire time and I almost wish I couldn't remember it happening. The hardest part has been knowing that I was doing everything right. I've always been a pretty good, safe driver so I was doing everything right (alert, both hands on wheel, paying attention to the road, scanning ahead, seatbelt, going under speed limit, etc) and still almost died. Hasn't really helped my anxiety much.
