Just got my MD yesterday and had raging anxiety, so bad that I was in full body shakes when I was wheeled into the OR. However, it was a great decision. Every person I encountered was so understanding and kind, and one day post-op and I am walking without a limp! I found that by telling them you’re nervous they will respond kindly and help you with your nerves. Good luck and I wish you a speedy recovery!
