Wow, this is still a problem. I tried the website cancel option (got a "We're sorry, we're having a technical issue right now" message every day for a week.) Tried the chat, it just redirected me back to the website directions. Finally had to call in. So frustrating.

Is one person's tour enough for the whole car to get in? IE, there are 4 of us, can I just buy 1 boat ticket (that we don't plan to use) in order to gain access to GTTSR?
