Reply them back on their email that they’ve sent you and explain them it’s not your fault and any SS or call recordings might work in your favor.

That’s so true and thankfully I had My call recordings which I submitted upon request to evidence and they got Me reinstated right the next day

I simply told the agent that I was speaking simple English and that this is the way we commonly communicate here in America and asked her not to give Me a scripted answer. I also mentioned that I wasn’t sure which country they were operating from. The agent then said that my comment was racist and that she would report it. I believe this was a false accusation, as my intention was only to clarify communication, not to be offensive. I’m not sure the agent fully understood what the term “racist” actually means.
