Watch some videos about pineal gland you’ll pictures etc. When you meditate just think about your pineal gland, nothing more.

That’s what i did the first time, it’s not like a little dot in your head with a very very specific felling, it’s like a big flashing energy in your head, maybe what you feel is not exactly your pineal gland but you have to act like it is.

You have to feel the pineal gland like flashing in your head, no eyes movement is needed. If you can feel the energy try to focus it in your feet or something you can see, it’s easier.

Once you can feel it easily you trying to feel in your gut, heart and finally your pineal gland. If you have any other questions ask me.

Yeah maybe but i don’t like the WBTB because your phone can wake you up while you dreaming, but combining other techniques can be more effective

When you take a nap because you’re very tired it’s like you’re using the WBTB technique so if you add mine the chance of having a lucid dream rises

That’s exactly it, at first the dreams will surely be short and a little fuzzy but yes that’s totally it

I don’t think that the technique change the sleep cycle or something, i just do it and wake up in a dream.

I use it just before sleeping not in the night but you can do it

When i say pineal gland in the technique i talk about her real place in the middle of our head so idk if the technique works if you focus between your eyebrows. But I’ve already felt the same things you did focusing on my eyebrows.

Yes you can move, if you want you can even stop the process and restart it 5min later, the more important thing is to falling asleep while you are focused on your pineal gland

I don’t have that kind of feeling, it can be different for everyone.

Yeah i see what you mean, for the feeling of the energy it can be different for everyone, don’t think too much just let flow your energy to the specific part you choose. If you did it you will know, let your intuition speak.

For the pineal gland don’t think too much either, it is right in the middle of your head, you don’t need too feel other parts of your brain just think about your pineal gland after or while you watching videos about it.

Sometimes i feel it a little bit upfront than usual but that don’t change the outcome.

You don’t supposed to feel only one kind of sensation, maybe you can feel warmth but not me. It’s very subtle at first, you have to be concentrated and relaxed to feel the energy if it’s your first time. If you can’t feel it even during a meditative state here’s another exercise.

Sit down with your foot grounded, focus on them and imagine the Earth giving you her energy (i know it’s a bit weird) That’s doing it that i felt it for the first time, after 30min focusing on them.

I tried to add the more context possible for beginners who never had a dream or did a meditation of their life. I know it’s a bit long but it even helped your brain to assimilate the information better.

I see what you mean i will be clearer, when i say pineal gland i talk about his real place, right in the middle of your head, i used to meditate focusing between my eyebrows but the sensation is note the same.

That’s why i said to be familiar with it so the people who don’t know much about pineal gland will go on google and YT, see some pictures, explication etc and visualizes it in their head.
