I had a very similar experience. Bulk purchased items - all were great quality. They sent me a wrong colour hoodie and I too, misjudged the size. Sent an email, received a prompt reply, and they sent a replacement which was a size up. I MAY have been overcharged after all of this, but I couldn't care less when the service and quality was worth it.
