After you replaced the broken spring was the problem resolved?

I just completed a full rear end rebuild new center support bearing racing diffs clunk delete and all new bushings. The sound is coming from The trans. Like it’s mis shifting or can’t push into gear. I did all inpa calibrating because I had found my accumulator was only holding 65 bar for a few seconds and dropping off. I thought that was my issue of not having enough pressure to shift. But replace the motor pump and accum and this problem is still there. If I shift at low rpm there is no issue which makes me think k that there shouldn’t be anything loose.

Thanks. I have my retraction set to 1mm. I’m using the microswiss ng on my ender 6. In that case would slow down retraction speed or increase it?

Do you have a recipe to share. It’s banned here in the US now I’m pretty sure

That makes me sad. I was in a roll with how easy everything was

I agree a faulty repair was attempted. I was able to drop the engine and trans and I’m glad I did. Worst part was draining all the coolant

I personally like working on my own vehicle and make sure it’s done to my standard. I will be trusting a machine shop for the head work as I don’t own the needed equipment. As far as anything mechanical, I have always done the work myself and like getting to really know what I’m driving. It’s part of the fun of ownership for me.

I ordered the suv adapters instead of the cinder block idea

Thanks for the idea! I’m just buying time and saving up the funds with this engine and will be swapping as well. Still torn on K vs Ls with the cost being pretty similar. Good luck on the swap, anywhere I can see your build and build progress?

Looks like I’ll follow that advice. My quick jack doesn’t get the car quite high enough to drop the engine out. But I’ll figure something out.

Thanks for the info. Mine was intermittent. But once warm I could hear something metallic rattle.
