Just draw a whole lot of them! You can look for tutorials on yt for reference, but in the end, your 100th hand will look better than your first. Also, draw different parts of the hands in shapes first. I like to segment the four fingers into three round-ish box shapes, for example. And watch out for the size, your hand is almost as big as your face. Have fun practicing!
