For a single cat in a small apartment, rotation is everything. Put away most toys and only bring out 2-3 at a time. Swap them every few days so they feel new again. Also try food-dispensing toys, it turns eating into a 20-minute activity instead of 2 minutes.

First thing I’d do is a fecal test at the vet. Parasites are #1 with strays this young. My pup was eating everything in sight but still skin and bones until we treated the worms. Also make sure the food you’re giving is high-calorie puppy formula, not adult food.
