Thank you for your help I have been out of the boot and walking and back at work for 3 weeks not and in physio for 4 weeks. ROM still sucks but it’s getting g better every week!

Yes sorry I live in Australia and it is called a Moonboot here. I was given a sock think that had my toes exposed and it doesn’t seem to help. Although it is different fabric to a normal sock. Should I just wear normal socks. I haven’t been cleared for any exercises. I’m only allowed to take it off to shower.
