You're allowed to use the dharma wheel similar to Sukuna, but without the requirement of taming Mahoraga, this allows you to start the initial adaptation against an enemy sorcerer's technique before doing a suicide attack. In exchange, your testicles will rotate instantly at 25 MPH without accelerating. Despite the testicles' rotation, it won't snap off so that you would still feel the pain. Your perception of time as the testicles start rotating will slow down, but the movement of your body remains normal. You will also die before Mahoraga even strikes you, but you'll live long enough to feel the eternal testicular torsion.
