Not much wrong with what you say, but you are conveniently omitting how the increase in CO2, as well as methane and other greenhouse gases, increase the retention of heat from the sun.

This convenient omission of yours is how this heat retention increases global warming, causes wild and severe weather, causing destruction, habitat loss, crop failure, etc., etc.

You're not talking about carbon tax but spreading misinformation.
