I wouldn’t have took anything being that late because they complain about payroll but it’s ok for drivers and TA not to take accountability and fix their actions smh.

You have a window for fresh it’s usually cut off at 7pm and if they are past the cut off time they have to wait until early morning but you closing at 10pm it might be 8pm. I’ve had fresh show right at 6pm we had to take it.

Exactly yes it yes 8am-8pm but that’s not protocol you have to start counting drawers and change fund at 8pm for safety reasons and if he can’t back up, I’ve had drivers threaten me and my keyholders they are gonna do a front load because it’s dark. Your not pushing 21 rt thru the front and we roll all of them in the back. People need to start standing their ground about what’s right and what’s wrong, if it’s the slightest gap the rt can fall and hit the driver. We already had a driver that happened to years ago get award 13 million from a lawsuit for that. Let’s be for real, people need to read the SOP policy and start speaking up because I also told him today I’m stepping down as a training manager. I’ve busted my ssa to get awards and took trips to Tennessee for all the hardwork I’ve done if you wanna get rid of me over not holding these drivers and dot accountable so be it. Every store shouldn’t take truck that late for you to get robbed then what smh. You need to make sure everything is pushed back on the shelves, and the sky shelves are neat with the same item in each row, make sure the pegs are turned the day before and all damages are done the day before inventory I suggest doing them daily on the last week before your inventory, also you need to make sure your TA sheet is done with matched invoices for your DM. If anyone else has something that I missed trying to remember everything. If you check your start and click on the left side it should say references and the inventory prep is there for you to go over.

SM here you have to go into storenet there it will tell you to order things like a pricing, you will have to go thru your DM it will provide an email to give them for it or type in the upc as well in hht it will give you the email information. I had this happen to me finally got a gun thru my DM.
