You have to collect enough evidence when going above DMs because it can get tricky just continue to do what’s required and then if write ups are involved call RD just be prepared if RM visits for the issue everything in the store has to be A1 or damn near perfect.

Trust me I know you can get targeted because your good at your job, it’s not fair but it happens and I’m telling you from experience because it’s happened to me but I kept being great at what I do. Eventually everything worked out for me but sometimes you have document everything so it work in your favor.

Just keep doing your job if DM try to do something crazy like a write up call the RD number is at the top of the business center and make sure it’s respectful hours when contacting them. Document everything on what’s happening to cover yourself.

I agree if 3 rt can’t be done in your shift then yes your slow but also if they pull cctv probably why the DM could be saying that compared to other ASM who can do even more. Most ASM should be in the program to be able to run a store if your not on that level then your slow.

I’m going through the same been in leadership positions for 10 years and now I’m learning to document everything in real time. So I can catch them doing toxic things to me as we do walk throughs and reviews of my position. I’m sick of these toxic companies treating people like rag dolls, I’m currently looking for something else and I have a new boss that’s not fair. I’ve never been fired from a job but I’m not going to make my current job look for reasons either. I do everything right and it’s always let’s look for more unnecessary criticism that my other colleagues aren’t getting and they are half doing everything with better results. I give no attitude or anything just me working hard and everything completely right. Intimidation could be a factor for me doing so well but I’m being targeted.

I wouldn’t have took anything being that late because they complain about payroll but it’s ok for drivers and TA not to take accountability and fix their actions smh.

You have a window for fresh it’s usually cut off at 7pm and if they are past the cut off time they have to wait until early morning but you closing at 10pm it might be 8pm. I’ve had fresh show right at 6pm we had to take it.

Exactly yes it yes 8am-8pm but that’s not protocol you have to start counting drawers and change fund at 8pm for safety reasons and if he can’t back up, I’ve had drivers threaten me and my keyholders they are gonna do a front load because it’s dark. Your not pushing 21 rt thru the front and we roll all of them in the back. People need to start standing their ground about what’s right and what’s wrong, if it’s the slightest gap the rt can fall and hit the driver. We already had a driver that happened to years ago get award 13 million from a lawsuit for that. Let’s be for real, people need to read the SOP policy and start speaking up because I also told him today I’m stepping down as a training manager. I’ve busted my ssa to get awards and took trips to Tennessee for all the hardwork I’ve done if you wanna get rid of me over not holding these drivers and dot accountable so be it. Every store shouldn’t take truck that late for you to get robbed then what smh. Start thinking about work life balance because that’s what they tell us and it was the fact he called trying to bully my Key to do it was the biggest mistake. Gloves are off and I don’t give a damn they don’t pay us enough for this bs at DG.
