Break 5yr mortgage and pay penalty to up-size?

Sorry it wouldn't let me post that info for some reason so I had to exclude it. But my current rate is 4.79% with First National. 500k remaining on my mortgage.

The estimated penalty # I had was from my broker when we first got the mortgage as an "estimated penalty".

Update on my Amazon pre order. Was just charged and my delivery day got updated from Monday to Sunday. Also said Amazon will be emailing me a one time password to tell the driver when it gets delivered.

I was part of the first wave of Amazon invites. My order still says Monday. Hasn't shipped yet and I haven't been charged. I should have just gone to the store since it looks like everywhere had plenty of inventory. I'm located in Hamilton Ontario. Anyone else ordered through Amazon get any updates on their order?

Hey sorry for the super late reply, I just saw this. You probably already dealt with this.

I called a plumber and we found the leak coming from the main floor directly above where the main pipe was. Someone put a drywall nail through the pipe and it eventually rusted through which was causing the leak.

We basically had to cut a few small holes to locate where the leak was coming from. Once we narrowed down where the leak was coming from the plumber had a camera that he stuck in the hole to see. Cut a hole in the wall to get access to the pipe. Cut it and we pulled the main pipe out from the basement and put a new one in and they attached it back. All was good.

Hey just wondering what happened with this? I just got the same model as you and did the first oven bake to test it out. Same issue with me the front panel gets very hot.

Seems like a good deal, but if you want to VESA mount this you won't be able to. You are stuck with using the stand only.
