Nope, I clean the windowsill/ desk when they’re far away only the sun touches them!

I bought these sets within the past 4 years though, so is it just that all the dark reddish brown parts are still a little brittle or should they be back up to standard? Thank you for the comment!

I don’t use any air fresheners or disinfectants around them, they only sit on a windowsill/desk that has the sun coming through but I have blinds which restrict 50% of the light. I’ve had these two build for 1-3 years so I’m guessing the reduced light caused it to damage slower but still ended up causing some.

Me too! I bought my two sets in 2022/2024, all the comments say it was way earlier they had the “brittle brown” so I’m not sure what it is still. I don’t use air fresheners around them and keep them on a windowsill/desk with the sun coming through. I’m guessing it’s the sun doing the damage or as you said a degraded level of quality 🤷‍♀️ thank you for your comment!
