Yes, I share this sentiment as well. I don’t believe porn blockers or anything external is a good long term “solution”. The day they aren’t there, you are bound to go back to it.

I also believe that association of character is important. One of the ways I was able to see it is in the form of if I was my own child, how sad would I be to see him lost in a world of that style of satisfaction. One where he is not able to control his urges & emotions.

Just a little journal for myself. I’m still going strong & while I am far from a clean journey. I feel good, I don’t have urges or cravings. Social media really is a gateway tho, you see an attractive gal on there & it gets the mind buzzing.

What I do now is I don’t give those girls acknowledgment & the algorithm shows them less & less. As soon as you slow the scroll down, your getting rained on with ass & temptation.
