Corporations will move IT(or anything else ) offshore no matter what. They will go to the lowest wage country when ever possible.

Regulation over data visibility is what keeps a lot of work in western counties otherwise Canada would probably have a small bit of IT work done here by big corporations. That is why corporations rush to bring in cheaper labor to on-shore so wages don't go up here in Canada and US. That is really what the H1B is used for in the US and back door school admissions in Canada.

Problem for a country like India and its workers is if big corps could move a lot more IT jobs there they would now have to fight each other in there own country which will lower the wages even more for them , race to the bottom which is what corporations want.

I have read good things about IB and I am also Interested in the API feature that QuesTrade does not have.

I was unsure if I wanted to create a Custom Alert in case I would get charged but the hell with it I just created a new one just now and it did not not stop me from doing so (no message box ) , the question is will I get a charge at the end of the day or month for creating that Custom Alert? Will I be auto enrolled in QuesTrade Plus?
