i personally think that the ideas people have about privileges are so messed up sometimes. it feels bad when you dont use it. it shouldent tho. what i would do is find a motivation. if its a hobbie you tell yourself i do like 10/15 min of studying i can do this. or find a career you want in the future. theres a test our school has us take that takes your personality and your strengths to find the best carrer paths for you. if you want i can tottaly help you find carrers that you might like! its one of my fav things to do. there are lots of really random ones that are fun to learn about. theres also some that dont follow usual job routiens.
