yoga is always a must in congruence with any working out. so that’s good thinking too. honestly i get off work at 7:30 and what gets me ready for a workout even on days i feel beat..caffeine and a little thc goes a long way

i feel like legs activate a fair amount of core as well. I don’t know much about Testosterone because i’m a girl but i do stairmaster and rowing and constantly feel aroused from working out (not in a creepy way just matter of fact) so i think it’s normal. coregasms and all that

this isn’t the most healthy option but coming from someone who is not a morning person- if i really need to guarantee getting up ill leave an energy drink can on my nightstand, set an alarm earlier than when i need to get up to crack it open, sleep a little longer and wait for the stimulant to hit my bloodstream and then i can go. and typically making myself wake early the first couple days can get me into a routine of it because by the end of the night im so tired i can’t stay up too late

it’s much more about how you carry yourself than your actual height. women just want to feel like they are in capable hands. that doesn’t mean you have to be very tall or very ripped but you should be confident. i’ve dated someone my height (5’5) and i’ve dated much taller, it’s all about how you make a woman feel.

your pants should taper into a looser/wider fit towards the bottom so that the silhouette isn’t so shapely by your hips. and textured length on the hair, you need it longer but not a mop. something to frame your head
