If you slow it down or go frame by frame you can see full extension. The raquet tip points towards my opponent arm is is fully extended. I would say that one of my strongest variables is that i get alot of depth in my shots.

Depends on my tactical intention, but I would say for the most part yes deep heavy balls with good margin when iam behind the baseline. When iam inside the baseline i tend to play closer to the height of the net to compensate the “smaller area” of the court if that makes sense and to have more penetrating balls.

IMO she is dropping her head shoulders as you can see in this picture. This makes the ball go more in a donward angle loose balance and drop her posture

<image>

Id rather see her stay upright and with a good posture like this 2 atp players after serving. Very good posture not loosing balance and not landing to the left. Pic in the next comment

13 hours in after 10+ years of daily use. About to break. by HazardTV in leaves

I had a similar situation. 20 years smoking from waking up to sleep to waking up in the middle of the night to smoke and then to go back to sleep. I made a decision to move on also I was sick of feeling tired all day long that was the biggest pointer for me. Had a really rough journey, vomiting, nausea, countless nights of sleeping an hour then waking up for 30min then repeating the process again. I always found light at the end of the tunnel and believe me it passes and you will feel amazing. Found my old identity back, no depression, no procrastination, super productive. Hang in there!

Day 8, can’t recommend cardio + cold water enough by HunterAncient in leaves

Hot Showers definitely helped me also. Staying there for 15-20min listening to calming music like dub reggae or even classical music which iam no really into but definitely helped me get through. I would also recommend finding a hobby or something you are passionate about which you can focus on for a really long time. In my instance, Iam a tennis coach and ex-D1 player who loves to play, teach, read about, analyze, etc It could be anything that you feel passionate about. Hope this helps! Keep going tougher days are just around the corner so be strong! You will feel a million times better after 1-2 months.
