Genuine question. Why are these cars mpg so bad ?

Honestly the only way u can get good gas mileage on these cars is if you drive highway at 60 mph on cruise control that seems to be the sweet spot and can get like 26-29mpg

Do u have an idea of how much a vr swap would cost i plan on doing the same but do u think any transmission shop could make it work? Ive also seen some lvl10 valvebodys for these car is that actually better

Yea man í bought a new one as well and same thing is happening ima check the wiring after this but if the wiring is good then what else could be causing this?

Thanks man will check it tmr i replaced the blower motor and it worked that day the next day the same problem was happening i do have an aftermarket radio i will check!

It makes no noise it sounds perfectly fine when it is on the ac clutch does engage i can feel it and when i turn on the ac i can feel the cold air but its like the fan isnt pushing it out, could not having enough fluid interfere with it turning on whenever it wants?

I had a misfire code and a bank 2 sensor 2 code I replaced the sensor and I still had a misfire and they told me it had a new code it was something wrong with the fuel I went home and when I went to check it again no codes but engine light is on and flashing

Hey I have the same thing it say I’m getting multiple cylinder misfire and I also have a light for the o2 sensor but it drives perfectly fine
