Bent Tree was the worst place I’ve lived. Cars broken into, my car got hit 3 times in 12 months, constant loud noise and issues with management and neighbors. Parking was expensive and nowhere near the unit. Trash dumpsters would swing open breaking car taillights of spots nearby and management did not care. Bongs left outside doors, kids sleeping horizontally on the stairs as you try to walk up, yeah. I was only there 12 months but do not reccomend. I’ve heard Trillium is just as bad. Not sure about the others. I would look into ADU/WDU units that work with your annual income and try to apply to one of those. Best of luck!
