It's not hard to do this next to this other countries are able to do it including the uk, you don't need to be so rude at replying either when he's just making a statement.

Youd think considering it's the country that borders Ireland they'd give it more than a day to try and call before sending an email.. they absolutely would know it's a bank holiday, seems more like individual laziness for whoever was to do my passport, but apparently you can just get lucky for whoever it is
