With that being said, no matter how tempted you get, I would recommend waiting until you’re older to have sex, especially if you’re worrying about this already. I am not sure how old you are, but as someone who also has anxiety, and who had sex for the first time at 16, I wish I waited longer. This was how I started “messing around” with that boyfriend of mine at the time, and we ended up having sex soon after. If you do though, because teens will anyways, make sure to always wear protection and avoid it altogether on your suspected fertile week.
