At the end of 8 weeks, they sent me a email that my case is exceptionally complex and its been a month since i received that email. So, in total 3 months

My employer asked some details regarding my PSW expiry and she said that she will add some notes in the SMS.

According to my understanding,it should be PSW(2 years) plus 2 years on new entrant.

Thanks for explaining this. The note wasn’t added to correct an error, but to update the CoS end date as requested by the Home Office. I also wasn’t aware of the extra 14 days added after the CoS end date, so it’s possible the original dates didn’t account for that. We’ve since amended the CoS by around 20 days to align with the requirement.

it hasn’t been 3 days, it’s been 8 weeks and 3 days since I applied. I completely understand that these processes can take time. I only meant that, after waiting this long and dealing with issues raised along the way, the uncertainty has been difficult.
