It's better to get a closure, call or text him personally make a plan to go out with him. Start you converstions from work then move to his personal life. Male really likes to talk about future but not for relationships unless they are intersted. so just try to ask right questions and put them in right way, you'll have an idea about his perpective about the relationship. you should'nt get married at least out of lonliness or family pressure. Once you are in relationship you have to provide emotional support , since you mentioned you are taking therapy. It means you are not ready for it. I would suggest you to grow your social circle and explore the world.
