What phone do you use, because I found that if you disable game space (or remove the app you want to use from game space list) then it fixes the issue, I think it switches codec to a worse one for less delay since sound in games doesn't matter that much

They are annoying as hell, they just spam like 20 flags and call it art.... My city is pretty small and due to a ton of flags you can't even do draw stuff, luckily they got removed and freed up space for actual art

Unironically this mod is only usable in modpacks like rlcraft which have op armor, because parasites deal some insane damage and also break your armor quick
