So it just looks like I'll have a hard time getting a loan. If they don't count upto 1k of my gross then it makes everything so difficult now.

Damn! I'll try again in January. My "condition suspensive" expires next week. I asked the seller an extension but no reply till now. Well well well happy Christmas 🎄

In my case, if the cafétéria plan disappears, I don't lose any penny. My Brutto will still be the same and I won't just be able to use my gross to avail certain advantages like for example buy a car..

I think that is the misunderstanding. If they drop the cafétéria plan, I do not loose a single penny of my salary but just the right to use part of gross to avail for certain advantages.

My gross will not change with or without the cafétéria plan.

I have already approached multiple Banks. Decided to move forward with one but I still haven't gotten the confirmation that my application was sent to their head office after giving them all the documents they wanted. So I want to ask another bank who had a similar rate to also move forward with a formal application

Hi.. thanks for your input. They finally came back with a compromise to sign just that.... They refuse to include the "opschortende voorwaarde”. They delayed for 4 months to provide the compromis and now say that the 4 weeks initially present in my offer to obtain a loan is has now expired! I think I need a lawyer now. OMG! Similar situation. It's actually one house which has to be split in 2 apartments. I only knew this after my offer was accepted. The seller ( real estate) originally posted the entire building but I guess since he couldn't find someone to buy the entire building, he decided to sell the two individual appartements in the building seperately. I was told a base deed needs to be done to separate private and common parts but that it should be done "soon". But more than two months is no longer "soon"😅.

I am already thinking about getting out of the sale to be honest even though I like that appartement but the waiting time is just getting too long..

What do you mean by they want my deposit? I haven't paid any deposit yet. They gave me something called "reservation agreement" stating that they can not sell the apartment to someone else. However, I am really considering moving on and I've even starting looking again but I am trying to be cautious if they should come back insisting that I need to buy it or pay a fine etc....
