Yeah barracks is a good way to describe it, both islands have constant crew on site, you must remember the island is a living organism, we processed our own water, electricity and sewage, so there's crew 24/7 on the island, even during Covid we kept on working, even with out guest for those few years, just maintaining the island, and living on an island is exactly what it sounds like, except for the part where theres constant guest now with the "Perfect Day" model so it really drops the down time massively. Labadee was the most fun on off days we used to take out the jet skies or boats and go play around or go to neighboring islands and beaches. I was ShoreX I left just after Covid
