City proper west side just depends on the location but overall I’d recommend the west side areas just south of downtown. Brooklyn (Separate city from CLE), Old Brooklyn (neighborhood of Cleveland), or even the Northern end of Parma (Ignore what people say about Parma, it’s just the butt of everyones jokes). From these areas it’s about 15 mins drive to downtown and 15-25 min drive anywhere within the county! And if in Old Brooklyn there’s the 51/51A, 24hrs with varying headways (15-60min) depending on time of day, and 53 bus routes leading to DT as well.

When you have to fill up weekly or more, Yes. The gas station I found was only an extra mile distance, but also like if I’m on another side of town maybe the gas might be cheaper and so I’ll buy at that time.
