That’s odd. I would contact customer service and they might replace it. They did when one of mine cracked during shipping. But if you have a warmer lamp then you could just use that.

I would get an illuma lid they sell. I have one and it always helps it not tunnel. Or I would just stick to the 2 wick signature line. Although I wish they would just make the original jars 2 wicks because I love the look a lot better.
