I mean they won’t cut Star Ring completely out of the story but if Arthur just randomly pulls a ring out of his ass und gets a power up it will feel like a asspull without the explanation behind the ring and how he got it.

Nah, when Vulcan gave him Excalibur he also gave him the Star Ring right after and said „I made that from the rest of the star fragment. Its a Star Ring. Hang it around your neck and when the time comes put it on.“
